What Shipping Methods Are Available?
Shipping by delivery companies (e.g. UPS, FedEx, DHL). I choose the best available option for your localisation and the size of work. The shippment is insured.
Most of my works are delivered as final product, stretched on a frame. Huge pieces ( from 150x150cm) are shipped unstretched and rolled in a tube.
In Europe I can organise an individual direct transport by bus if you wish to get a huge size canvas stretched on a frame and ready to hang.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes ! I do my best to ship my works anywhere you wish. Check your shipping costs in the shopping cart. If you have any doubts, please write an email and we can discuss the best way to ship your piece.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping cost depends of your localisation and the size of the piece. Shipping cost are shown in the shopping cart after specifying the locations. Any customs costs are on the side of the buyer and depends of local regulations.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
It depends of your localisation. It usually takes around 7-14 days. Artworks need to be packed in many layers and often secured by boards and this is why it takes time to carefully prepare your package. If you are in a hurry please let me know.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

Can I buy your artwork outside the online shop ?
Yes! Please write an email and tell me which artwork you are interested in. I will send you an invoce and after your payment (e.g. wise.com, PayPal) I will send you a painting.
COMMISSIONS WORKS
Can I order a commission work?
Yes ! I can create an artwork dedicated for you. Please write an email if you are interested in a commission project.
How the commission process looks like ?
Commission process is quite simple. You may request a size and prefered colours of your piece. You can also show me some of my works as an inspiration. The process takes about a month. You pay 20% deposit upfront, and 80% upon completion of the project. When the piece is ready I will send you some pictures for your accept. In case of your resignation I keep the 20% deposit.
RETURNS
Can I Return a Product?
The Customer has a right to withdraw within 14 days from the date of receiving the Product without stating a cause.
How Can I Return a Product?
The Buyer is obliged to submit the declaration of withdrawal via email. The Customer shall return the Product to the Seller no later than 14 days from the withdrawal date at the given address. The Customer beary all the costs of return shipping.

ORDERS
How do I place an Order?
The ordering process starts when the Customer places the product in the cart by clicking the “add to cart” button. Next the Customer is required to fill the Order Form which includes Name, Surname/Company name and detailed shipping address as well as email address and phone number. In the next step Buyer is redirected to the secure payment page, provided by PayPal in order to complete the purchase. After the placement of the order the Customer will receive a confirmation email with a summary of the purchase along with the expected delivery time. The delivery costs may vary depending on the shipping address.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No. You can place an order as a guest.
How Do I Track My Order?
You will receive an email with information about your order status and also an email from delivery company with all datails of your shippment.
